Instructions for use:

2. Rub your hands palm against palm
3. Rub right palm with left back and crisscross fingers. And vice versa.
4. Rub your hands palm to palm with your fingers crossed
5. Rub the fingertips of your hand with the fingertips of your opposite hand
6. Rub your thumb inside with the palm of your opposite hand with rotary movements. And vice versa
